of Menopause
In a world where women's experiences during menopause have often been brushed aside or misunderstood, The Menopause Mission is here to shift the narrative. We're creating a sacred and safe space where your stories matter, your questions find answers, and your presence is celebrated.
Up to 80% of women experience menopause symptoms, with 25% seeking treatment due to severity.*
Menopause can have a significant impact on a woman’s life. While the experience varies considerably among individuals, the evidence clearly shows that menopause represents a significant life transition with far-reaching consequences.

Let’s Make The ‘M’ Word Mainstream
About Us
It was June of 2022, I found myself contemplating suicide. I felt like I was losing my mind. I couldn’t think straight or function in the same way. I was crying relentlessly and couldn’t get out of bed. My body was rapidly changing and I just couldn’t cope. I didn’t know what was going on I felt embarrassed and alone. It was when my daughter sat on the side of my bed and asked, Mom, do I need to call someone for help,” that made me realize that I needed to.
I had no idea that hormones could be so powerful and that this was in fact, menopause. From that moment, I was on a mission to take back my power and help other women to do the same, to encourage people and create safe spaces to talk about menopause... To make the "M" word mainstream.
